    Origin: Volta

    Grown in the hills.
    Picked by hand.

Our coffee is born in the Ziavi traditional area of Ghana's Volta Region, where fertile soil, cool highland mornings and generations of farming knowledge produce a cup with quiet authority.

We work with more than 50 partner farmers across the region, paying fairly, picking selectively and processing slowly. It's a slower way to make coffee. It is the only way we know.

    The roastery

    Small batches.
    Clean energy.

At our Accra roastery, the beans are roasted in small batches over briquettes pressed from our own coffee husks. Nothing from the bean is wasted. Nothing from the planet is taken in vain.

Each lot is tasted, adjusted and recorded by hand. The roast profile is patient: dark enough for body, restrained enough to keep the coffee's character intact.
