1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Ziavitutui Coffee Company website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to briefly access the materials on Ziavitutui Coffee Company's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery within Ghana carries a minimum charge of GH₵50. The final charge depends on the distance to your delivery address, and we confirm it with you before dispatch.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ziavitutui Coffee Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ziavitutui Coffee Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
