    How do I order?

    Add your coffee to the bag and press Checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm: WhatsApp opens with your order summary, ready to send to our team. We confirm the order and the delivery charge with you there.

    How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?

    We deliver anywhere in Ghana, from GH₵50. The final charge depends on distance and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your coffee leaves the roastery.

    How do I pay?

    You pay on delivery, with cash or mobile money when your coffee arrives. No card or online payment is needed.

    Do you ship outside Ghana?

    Yes, on request. Send us a message through the contact page or a wholesale enquiry with the destination and quantity, and we will come back with a quote.

    How fresh is the coffee?

    We roast in small batches in Accra, and every bag leaves the roastery within seven days of roast.

    Can I buy more than 1 kg, or order for a cafe or office?

    Yes. Send a wholesale enquiry from the shop and we will reply with a quote within one business day. We supply larger formats, custom roast profiles and recurring delivery.

    Can I return my order?

    If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it. We collect the return from you free of charge. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
